Three offensive players stand at the corners of a small square (one corner left open) while a single defender works the middle; offense passes around the square trying to keep the ball away from the defender, but can only catch a pass while standing at a cone. A defender's interception swaps them into offense with whoever threw the errant pass. Since there's always an open cone somewhere on the square, it trains players to recognize and move into open space before calling for the ball.
