A post-move shooting drill with four active stations: a post player in the paint, two wing passers, and a rebounder. The post runs through five moves — drop step, baby hook, power slide, up-and-under, and a face-up jumper — with four reps of each move fed by the wings. After every rep the post sprints to touch half court or the baseline before resetting, so the drill doubles as conditioning. Add a defender in the post or on a wing once you have extra players to make it live.
