A small-sided game (e.g., 4-on-3) that rewards finding the extra pass: the ball handler can pass or shoot but not dribble, and every made shot is scored by the coach as either a 'good shot' (contested, worth one point) or a 'great shot' (wide open, worth two). Because offense outnumbers defense, there's always an open teammate somewhere — the drill teaches players to keep moving the ball until they find them rather than settling for the first contested look.
